4. Operating Instructions (How to Use)

  1. Preparation: Ensure the workpiece is securely clamped to the workbench and free of nails or any metal obstructions.
  2. Depth Adjustment: Use the front knob to set the desired planing depth (max 2mm per pass). It is recommended to start with a shallow depth to avoid motor strain.
  3. Operation: Press the safety lock followed by the trigger switch. Allow the motor to reach full speed before making contact with the wood.
  4. Planing: Move the planer forward with steady pressure. Apply downward pressure on the front base at the start of the cut, then transition pressure to the rear base as you reach the end of the workpiece to ensure a level finish.
  5. Maintenance: After use, disconnect the power supply and clear away wood chips. Regularly check blade sharpness to ensure optimal performance.
