3. Usage Instructions

A. Preparation & Safety

Safety First:
  1. Disconnect Power: Always unplug before changing bits.
  2. Protective Gear: Use goggles, dust masks, and ear protection.
  3. Secure Workpiece: Use clamps to prevent wood movement.

B. Bit Installation

  1. Use the provided wrench to loosen the collet nut.
  2. Insert the router bit (ensure 2/3 to 3/4 of the shank is inside).
  3. Tighten the nut securely to prevent bit slippage.

C. Depth Adjustment

  1. Release the locking lever on the side.
  2. Lower the tool body until the bit touches the wood surface.
  3. Use the depth gauge to set your desired cut depth, then re-lock the lever.

D. Operation

  1. Hold the tool firmly with both hands.
  2. Turn it on and wait for full speed before contacting the wood.
  3. Move the router steadily against the direction of the bit's rotation.
  4. Lifts the tool only after the motor has stopped completely.
