Key Features

  1. Dual Grinding Wheels: Equipped with two wheels (typically one coarse and one fine) to accommodate various grinding and sharpening requirements.
  2. Enhanced Safety: Features thick, semi-enclosed wheel guards that surround the discs to ensure maximum operator protection.
  3. Spark Protection: Includes adjustable transparent eye shields to prevent sparks from reaching the operator’s face.
  4. Stability: Built with a solid, heavy-duty base that ensures balance and significantly reduces vibrations during use.

Included Accessories

  • Eye Shield Assembly (2 pcs)

Operating Instructions

  1. Mounting: Securely bolt the unit to a flat, stable workbench using the dedicated mounting holes in the base to prevent movement.
  2. Adjusting Tool Rests: Adjust the tool rests so they are close to the wheel (the gap should not exceed 2 mm) to ensure the workpiece remains stable.
  3. Operation: Wear safety goggles, connect the power, and switch the unit on. Allow the wheels to reach full operating speed before beginning.
  4. Grinding: Gradually bring the workpiece into contact with the wheel. Move it steadily left and right to ensure even wear on the wheel surface.
  1. Cooling: Periodically dip the workpiece in water during operation to prevent overheating and maintain metal integrity.
  2. Shutdown: After finishing, switch off the device and wait for the wheels to come to a complete stop before leaving the workstation.

Warranty

This product comes with a one-year maintenance warranty.

Safety Tips

  • Always inspect the grinding wheels for cracks or damage before starting the machine.
  • Do not apply excessive pressure; allow the grinder's speed and the wheel's grit to do the work.
  • Ensure the transparent eye shields are properly installed and positioned at all times.
