4. Operating Instructions
- Preparation: Before starting, ensure the workpiece is securely clamped to the workbench and free of nails or metallic obstructions.
- Depth Adjustment: Use the front adjustment knob to set the desired planing depth (maximum 1 mm per pass).
- Operation: Hold the device firmly with both hands (one on the rear handle and the other on the depth-adjustment knob). Power on the tool and allow the motor to reach full speed before making contact with the wood.
- Planing Process: Move the planer forward slowly and steadily. Apply light pressure on the front of the tool at the start of the stroke, then shift the pressure to the rear as you reach the end of the workpiece.
- Maintenance: After use, disconnect the power plug and clean away sawdust. Periodically inspect the drive belt and blades for wear.
