Full Description:
The TOYO electric hoist provides an all-in-one solution for industrial lifting needs, combining high efficiency, safety, and reliability. It features an energy-saving motor and an asbestos-free braking system. With a solid, lightweight, and compact body, it is an ideal choice for construction sites and maintenance tasks.
The top and bottom hooks are made of drop-forged steel, heat-treated to resist fractures even under dangerous overloading conditions. The hoist includes a super-strong, surface-hardened load chain and a specially reinforced plastic chain bucket.
Equipped with limit switches at both the top and bottom ends, it automatically cuts off power to prevent the chain from running out. It also includes a phase error relay to stop the motor from running if the wiring is incorrect. Available in lifting capacities ranging from 1 ton to 30 tons, with single and dual-speed options, the hoist is versatile enough to suit various industrial applications.
The TOYO electric hoist complies with BS EN 13157: 2004+A1:2009 and is proof-tested with certifications to ensure safety and efficiency.
